Company History

Marc Balbo opened Balbo Acrylic Design 20 years ago. Our greatest success is that because of our ingenuity and because there is not job too big or too small, we are still open for business. We felt the elation of big contracts with large corporate names. We have also felt the down time of recession, but took advantage of that time to expand our commitment to creating our own product lines. For our shop, much of our success is based on the deep and lasting business and personal relationships we have developed over time. We are known in the industry as the shop you go to when you can’t do it yourself. We are known as innovators. We are known as creative problem solvers and good teammates. This is how we have survived through the years and plan to continue to thrive and expand in the future.

Our business is housed in an industrial park in heart of Bloomington, Minnesota. The location of the business is ideal in the Twin Cities for shipping, transport and delivery. The showroom and shop cover approximately 4,500 square feet and is open 5 days a week.
